A number of Shimna models are available to meet different demands in terms of vehicle and operational requirements;
1. Plug in system with sensors attached under vehicle floor mats, ideal for a multi-vehicle role
2. Permanent unit integrated into vehicle with ease for specific vehicle use such as VIP protection or single vehicle use, including armoured vehicles
3. Purpose designed models for more complex individual user needs or fleet vehicle requirements
Models are designed for easy, covert, installation using small discrete sensors and a range of visual warning systems from a single flashing LED light to iPhone Bluetooth warning.
Bluetooth link versions will provide advanced warning to iPhone when within 20-30 metres of vehicle that alarm has been activated.
2 minutes exit time before fully arming which allows the driver time to remove items say from the boot prior to locking up and leaving the vehicle.
Entry time is 20 seconds to prevent false alarms on spurious emissions.
Shimna can also be adapted with additional sensors to enable detection of certain magnetically attached Tracking devices used to track and monitor movements of VIP’s or important personalities
Limitations of use
No electronic detection system is as effective as a full visual inspection.
Even where an electronic system has been fitted,if a threat exists, you should always check a vehicle before you get into it
